Hey y’all!

I have some new followers so I just wanted to take a second to say a little bit about me!

My name is Lucy! I’m 34 but I look young (yay). I’ve been doing hair for 14 years and working specifically with curly hair for 12 of those years. 👩🏽‍🦱

I was adopted as an infant from the Dominican Republic to an Irish American family here in CT where no one had my hair. Needless to say I had NO idea how to do my hair growing up 🙈🇩🇴🇺🇸🇮🇪

I didn’t start to wear it curly until my early 20s when I discovered the curly girl method originally coined by . 🙌🏼

I’m a yoga teacher and I love being outdoors! My spiritual practices include yoga, mindfulness and journaling. 🥾🍃🧘🏽‍♀️

I went to art school and studied musical theatre when I was a kid. I still love to express my creativity through singing, dancing and anything artistic. 💃

I’m a single mommy to a super sweet 7 year old boy who is my world! 💙

What I love most about my job is getting the opportunity to meet so many people and help them discover the possibilities of what their hair can do with a little encouragement and patience.
