My fountain of youth secret revealed;
Every day, I’m asked how I look this good at 16… how I went from not feeling great and being overweight to my slim energetic precious self.
My mother usually answers for me, and says that I live a holistic life. I receive acupuncture regularly, I’m on herbs blended especially for me, and that my vet not only does those things for me, but that he gives a grocery list for my dinner.
Yep… I have it made.
Just received the good new that .allfeet is seeing new clients.
He’s magical. So… there ya go…

How lucky is this man? Lol, jk. I mean, he is lucky but I also have 3 sisters that he might love as much. But I am sure lucky. I have learned so much from my best Buddy.
We weren’t of the Daddy’s princess variety, more like the hand me a particular drill bit, which has served my sisters and I quite well.
I hope your fathers on earth and in heaven filled your hearts with love and joy and childhood hero sentiments.

In case you let what you wear slow you down... let me just say that I hope you will learn by my example 😂

There are a gazillion excuses to not work out.. but feeling like you don’t look the part is so sad. You ARE the part.

My other excuses are it’s too hard, it’s too fast, and it’s too loud. Those things are legit. What I LOVE about this, is that the energy in the room alone is a workout. For real

So grateful for my sisters and all the lessons I’ve learned from their mistakes lol jk

For real, each of them have been role models. A 1/3 of my development. And I love that I see each of them in who I am today. We are blessed that not being close was not an option. ( thank you mother) We are all pretty different but are sister strong in all the things that really matter.

God did a stand up job putting us all together.

Surgery was swift and successful in removing the tumor..
We’ll know results Thursday or Friday.

She is SUCH a trooper. Seems to be in no pain at all.

And... having good hair all your life seems unfair, so she’s gonna rock this bald spot for awhile.

I don’t think I’ve ever sent a prayer request, so I’m encouraging you to send them, because apparently they work 🙏🏼😍

I was having a real s**t day. Just blah. So many emotions and anxiety that I’m not used to. Worried about finding work, worried about holding on to gifts, with just the right amount of grip. Total recipe for road block.
My dear friend .innovative.esthetics pulled this card for me and left it on my massage table, just in time for me to get back to work on a beautiful soul. Needless to say, I’m totally back on track. Signs are everywhere. Every where. Thank you God, thank you Karmin, and thank you outrageous openness.
