✨ A Heartfelt Thank You & Important Salon Update ✨

To our amazing clients, friends, and family—

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your continued love, loyalty, and support throughout the years. Because of you, we’ve been able to grow, do what we love every day, and build a salon that feels like family. We truly couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

As many of you know, we’ve worked hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible and have delayed increasing them for quite some time. In order to continue providing the quality services, products, education, and experience you deserve, updated service pricing and our new cancellation policy will go into effect beginning September 1st.

📅 New Cancellation Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

To better serve all of our guests and protect the time reserved specifically for you, the following policy will apply to appointments with both Lisa and Julie.

✨ 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged:
• Wash, Cut & Style – 100% of the scheduled service
• Color Services – 50% of the starting service price
• Highlight Services – 50% of the starting service price
• All Other Services – 50% of the starting service price
(Processing fees may apply.)

No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service (plus applicable processing fees).

Any outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our goal is simply to protect the time we’ve reserved just for you while allowing us to continue providing the best service to all of our clients.

💕 Exciting Things Are Coming!

We’re also excited to share that we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on some really fun and exciting things! We can’t wait to bring you new services, new products, and some fresh surprises that we think you’re going to love.

Stay tuned—we’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share what’s next!

Once again, thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, referring your friends and family, and trusting us with your hair. Your loyalty means more than words can express, and we are truly grateful to have such an incredible salon family.

We can’t wait to continue growing with all of you.

With love and appreciation,

❤️ Lisa & Julie
