I grew up in Cullman, AL and was a competitive runner for & graduated from Mars Hill University with a BS in Health & Human Performance concentrated in Wellness & Nutrition. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2020. I have been a Stretching & Flexibility Coach since 2023, which is my passion. I am also a Senior Fitness Specialist starting in 2025.
