This video here is a limpia or barrida con yierbas , cleansing or sweeping with herbs featuring my plant relative Romero.

Rosemary helps us to release dense energies and stagnation. It also helps to regulate our nervous system as well as helps clear our mind from brain fog, scattered energy and strengthens our memory.

This rosemary was grown at my sister Sierra Ann Kelsch ⛰️ - Rebirth Guide home. The intentional ways are simple and they teach us that we can use whatever plant, flower and herb allies that are available to us.

I mean to make a more detailed video of our session but for now enjoy this barrida, stay till the end for some herbal b**m & asmr 😉😆🌿.

Welcome to my rambling! If you know me you know I leave like 5 open tabs(covos) in one and if you're patient enough to stay till the end you'll get the full circle message lol. (Thank you 🙏)

I have a lot of Leo in my chart was told by my astrologers if I'm not public speaking then what am I doing?!? So please bare with me as I learn and practice showing up, being seen and heard on here.

I speak on why I learned lymphatic drainage with Bianca Los Angeles Wood Therapy Lymphatic Drainage Massage ☻ and how it relates to cancer season ♋️ 🦀

Maderoterapia, also known as Wood Therapy, is rooted in traditional healing practices that use wooden tools to support the body's natural ability to restore balance.

Through intentional and rhythmic movements, this treatment helps sculpt and contour the body while encouraging healthy circulation, stimulating lymphatic flow, and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Maderoterapia helps the body to release stagnation, reduce tension, and reconnect with its natural vitality, leaving you feeling light and rejuvenated.

I'm currently offering my return clients a "Pay-What-You-Can" Maderoterapia/ Wood Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage session while I perfect the craft.
DM me to claim your session.
Limited spots available.

The stories around the fire were about the ancestors, my ancestors. How they came across Syberia, through the Baring Strait and went from cave to cave until they reached what is now the dessert of Wirikuta, Mexico. How they followed a blue deer and found a cactus at its feet. How this scared medicine taught them how to hunt properly, how to build homes, how to make art, and how to talk to spirit.

I share this with you today because my ancestors and my spirituality are the backbone of Xiriki Wellness.

Xiriki or Ririki is a family temple, a sacred dwelling pictured in the last photo by .poon.

Xiriki also means cave, our first dwellings.

Xiriki to me also represents the womb, our first cave and dwelling of our mothers.

Thank you for reading.
Happy New Moon in Ta**us.
May you all feel loved and held by the earth 🤲🏾✨

This isn’t meant to showcase fast service or fast change.

This is slow, intentional work 🌀

After a meeting of breath, hands, and womb, I begin with these gentle movements to help the body become familiar with my touch — allowing it to soften and encouraging blood and circulation to rise to the surface, to the places where it is most needed. Slowly, the belly softens, revealing more of its story. Allowing me to work deeper.

This is only the beginning of the session.

Imagine how much more change, release, and softness can happen after one full session.

Get a full Womb/abdominal massage (sobadas) session or add it to your massage as an enhancement.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your body in a slower, more intentional way, I’m offering $15 off womb sessions this month.

I don’t consider myself a doula or birth worker. I did begin taking classes, but shortly after starting, I realized it wasn’t for me at that time.

I consider myself a bodyworker who offers Indigenous postpartum care—inherited by birthright and guided by beloved elders and mentors.

Postpartum care may include a mother’s choice of a floral or herbal bath, a yoni steam, or a full-body sauna (only one, as the body can overheat). Each session also includes a full-body massage, featuring a sobada—womb and abdominal massage—followed by a cerrada de caderas and full-body cierre, where the mother is lovingly cocooned and held with care.

What I love most about these care sessions is that they become a ceremony the whole family can be a part of. Fathers take part in the sealing, older daughters hold and watch over the baby, and younger daughters take photos and witness.

Each ceremony looks different, as every mother carries her own story. The beauty lies in witnessing a mother relax, soften, and return to herself—so she can continue nurturing and caring for her baby and family from a place of fullness.

Save this and send this to a mama that would love this!
