Back-to-School Bingo! 🎒✨

A new school year brings new routines, new expectations, and—let’s be honest—a LOT of emotions.

This Back-to-School Bingo is a fun way to check in, connect, and make space for the experiences that come with transitioning back into school. From getting organized to finding your people, practicing self-care, and giving yourself grace—every square is an opportunity to pause and reconnect. 💛

Here’s to a school year filled with growth, connection, confidence, and grace. 🧠✨

You don’t have to have it all figured out to have a good start.

Feel Good Friday ✨

Hey you… take a breath.
Remember.
Move.
Reclaim your joy.
Celebrate it. 💃🏽

From a Dance/Movement Therapy perspective, movement can be a reminder that you don’t have to stay where you’ve been.

Our bodies often carry what words cannot express, and sometimes the first step toward feeling different is simply allowing ourselves to move differently.

There is courage in pausing.
Courage in breathing.
Courage in taking up space.
Courage in letting joy have a place in your body again.

You were born to walk through the fire or bear your own cross….BUT but don’t forget to carry your joy, too.

So this Friday, let your movement be a reminder:

Joy is worth reclaiming.
Joy is worth celebrating.
And courage can look like choosing to move forward—one step, one breath, one beat at a time.

COURAGE. 🤎Take it with you.

Here’s a mid-week reminder from Sherron, LLPC, one of our amazing clinicians here at MTW!

Sometimes what looks like “laziness” is actually your mind and body saying, “I’ve had enough.” 🤍

When even small tasks feel overwhelming, your thoughts feel foggy, or you find yourself needing more quiet and alone time, it may be a sign that you’re emotionally overwhelmed—not that you don’t care.

Instead of criticizing yourself for not being productive enough, try giving yourself permission to pause, regulate, and breathe. Rest and regulation aren’t laziness—they’re part of taking care of yourself.

It’s another “Feel Good Friday” 💛

Maybe this week you’ve been showing up for everyone else while carrying some things of your own.

Showing up for work.
Showing up for your family.
Showing up for your clients.
Showing up for your friends.
Showing up for the responsibilities that don’t pause just because you’re tired, overwhelmed, or navigating something personally.

And maybe you’ve had moments where you wondered, “How am I going to keep doing all of this?”

The reminder today isn’t that you have to keep doing it all perfectly.

It’s that God is.

God is present in the busy.
God is present in the uncertainty.
God is present in the moments you feel strong—and the moments you don’t.

You can care for others and still care for yourself.
You can show up and still need support.
You can be grateful and still have hard days.

So, whatever this week held for you, take a breath.

You made it here.

And God is. 🤍

Every child deserves a space where they can create freely, express openly, and feel genuinely seen. Meagan’s goal is to provide that space…where creativity becomes a bridge to emotional growth, resilience, and healing, one masterpiece at a time.

Swipe through the many ways children communicate without saying a word. 🎨✨

Children’s artwork is more than colors on a page—it’s a window into their inner world.

From bold strokes to tiny details, movement-inspired marks to imaginative creations, children often express feelings, experiences, and stories through creativity before they have the words to explain them.

A child’s creation can be an invitation to wonder:
💭 What story are they telling?
💭 What feeling are they expressing?
💭 What do they need us to notice?

When we respond with curiosity instead of assumptions, we create space for children to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Healing isn’t linear—and that’s okay.

Growth isn’t about moving in a straight line. Some days you’ll feel empowered, while other days old wounds may resurface. Both experiences can be part of the healing journey.

Healing isn’t measured by perfection—it’s measured by your willingness to keep showing up for yourself, one step at a time. 💚

At Moss Therapy & Wellness, we believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to process life’s challenges, build resilience, and move forward at their own pace.

No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone.
✨ Your path is your own. Your healing is valid. Your progress matters.
