This has been long overdue...
Last year, when I started my Arbonne journey I went into it thinking mainly about business. I was so confident in my work ethic and knew i had a strong sales background. Little did I know, this would be the most challenging task amongst all of my network marketing gigs.
I love the products, I believed in them and the company. Despite what anyone thinks about network marketing, we influencers do it so regularly that its not a question of ‘is this a pyramid?’ Instead, we ask ourselves ‘how will i fit the job into my social calendar and will it work?’
My biggest hurdle was learning that my beauty community did NOT want to be educated on health/wellness and that they were solely here for the makeup. I later came to realize that its not that people didnt want to be educated but that they subconsciously know about all the harmful foods and products we use and just dont want to believe the harm they can and will cause. This business isnt something I can just post about and people will fall in line. Relationships are built daily. This is a lifestyle decision. A choice. A journey. This isnt just about sales. This is about helping and serving others and it can be a PROCESS. People cant change life long habits overnight and that is OK.
Fast forward a year later- I never knew that this journey would be about finding the better version of me. This became so much more than a side hustle, but a career filled with lifelong friendships. I get to work with people around the world who share the same passions. When times were tough and life hit me hard, my girls and the community came together as they would in any time of hardship for any fellow bonne babe. As a result, we are in qualification for Regional Vice President 🤩
Anyone can do this. Dont let someone tell you otherwise. Your business will succeed if you put in the work. You will have all the tools you need and a community of likeminded individuals who will not give up on you during tough times. Thank you to those who pushed me and came together during my time of need. I could not have accomplished any of this without you! xx 💋
