The Good!!

✅ 2 Mile walk done! Even the old bitty Roxy went! My little potato!

✅ Christmas packed ( Now lets see who ends up having to take it to storage? 🤔

The Bad

✅ Started the new year with a leak in the ceiling! Solar company ‘No showed’ on out 11-4 pm appointment.

✅Had to say good- by to my roosters 🐓 ( Thought i had 2 but actually had 4)

✅ Well whiskey it is!! I almost made it through the day!

After 4 days of vacation felt good to be back at the gym… but 100 cleans?! Really! Still smiling though 🤪

Starting fall off with some awesome work outs!! So happy to be back at it and reaching for those PR’s. Haven’t posted in awhile but I’ve been grinding! Fall Goals!!
220 lbs deadlift. Goal 250 lbs
140 lbs front squat Goal 160
Tomorrow is clean and Jerk 🤞🏻hoping for 125lbs! Love the motivation and push at our gym!!
