Happy Thursday😁

Today I was looking for a quick breakfast to make.

I definitely wanted the protein and I wanted to use up my fruit.

I had a little bit of fiber as well.

It was delicious!!

Did you know there are certain foods that can help to support adrenal fatigue?

Such as protein sources,
like lean meats, fish, egggs, dairy, nuts and legumes
leafy greens and colorful vegetables
whole grains
relatively low sugar fruits
sea salt in moderation healthy fats like olive oil and avocado

Foods to limit include:
White sugar, white flour, soda, fried food, processed food, and artificial sweeteners.
