I was at a few schools last week giving chair massages for Teacher's Appreciation, and I was surprised to see what they are teaching the kids! There were so many positive messages displayed all around these schools for the students to see every day, and reminders for the teachers as to why they chose this path.

As people who are actively paving a path for the future, they need a moment to rest and recover from their daily stresses more than just about anyone. Its amazing how kind and giving you are, and the community needs to continue to recognize and appreciate the hard work that is put in to creating a safe and comfortable space for the children to grow.

I went to SF at the office between Hustle Wy. & Bustle St. to help some hard working people rest and relax during a busy workday. The results were mixed, some feeling rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the day, while others starting to fall asleep and dont want to get up! They are always very kind and appreciative, which makes it feel even more worth doing.

I was at a Chair Massage event for the Doctors at Kaiser 🏨 and let's just say things got pretty awkward! By the time I was out of there, the Dr.'s were rejuvenated and the skies were blue. From one health care provider to another, I thank you for your hard work and dedication 💖 Nurses, youre next!

Hi, I'm Beto!

I am a certified health care provider in the Sacramento area, with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, and certificates for Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Reiki Healing. I have 10+ years of experience studying the body with a focus on care and prevention of injuries. Whether I am in-home, visiting the office, or at , I am always ready to help you!

For members at Qu**rs and Allies Fitness, my gym rate is $80/hour, and the BOGO 25% off still applies.

I am also offering free 30 minute Reiki sessions for anyone who wants to experience this modality of healing or share feedback with me. I am practicing to become a reiki teacher, and spread the knowledge of reiki healing.

I have finally built a Wall of Achievements!

It is made up of:
A Diploma from Sac State for a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science, with a concentration in Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation;
A Diploma from the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy acknowledging certification in Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Health Education;
A Massage Therapy Certification from the American Massage Therapy Council verifying that I have demonstrated knowledge of applicable disciplines related to the practice of Massage therapy;
A Certificate for the First Course in the Usui System of Reiki Healing
A Certificate for the Second Course in the Usui System of Reiki Healing

These accomplishments are the important milestones from my journey to learning about the healing processes of the body, and a moment of reflection before I continue learning and growing.
