No carts tonight around 5:30pm. The toilets have not been getting cleaned and the mens floor has had urine on it. Come on MANAGEMENT! It isn't the floor staff! They are busy! It’s you trying to cut back somewhere to fill somewhere else. Stand up to corporate for your people! Your store is going down hill
The most ridiculous customer service. Scheduled a pick up order yesterday for today. They called at 9 am (pick up was for 10 am) and said they were moving it to noon..I get people are once again turning to pick up but don't over book! Both the clicklist dept and manager were super unhelpful. I'll stick with the Essexville store.
It would be awesome if Kroger could post a layout of the store and what is in each aisle so people could plan their shopping lists to make their trip quicker/easier during this crazy time.
Why are EBT/BRIDGE cards not accepted for the pickup/delivery option? I am disabled and elderly, it's dangerous to go out, please let us get groceries too.
Is anyone having trouble with this store's home delivery service, Instacart? Yesterday, someone shopped for me, never delivered, then charged my bank account??? I understand the issues we are having right now with limited personnel but charging guests for merchandise they never received is just wrong!!!
Hey Kroger....here's ur # 1 not so paying customer 😁
I was surprised by my Kroger store today... Not in a good way :/I
If you didn't want to hire people to bag the groceries, then you should have installed the carousels like Meijer has. GEEZE! Get it together Kroger. I'm sooooo tired of NOT having a cart to grab because they're all out in the parking lot.
If your cashiers are going to have to bag groceries, maybe you should have installed those carousels like Meijer has -- Geeze!
kroger, I don't like finely shredded sharp cheese. I will buy a brand that is not finely shredded. Just so you know. Take a poll and I am sure you will find most people don't like it either.
Don't know how the people figure the millage, but it is not correct. We are over 35 miles from the Kroger stores in both Saginaw and Owosso, maybe about 33 from St Johns, Michigan. Therefore your clicklist is no good for me. Plus have heard several people complain about the food they do get. Also know of some people that are even closer to the Saginaw store and they cannot get delivery either. So truth be told those of us that live out in the Country have a better chance of having pizza deliverd then your food. Wish you would stop with the click list in the coupons, getting fed up with having to back track and delete them because I can't use them for regular shopping. Also notice you don't count the pet supplies for points, may I ask why?
Do you all have a map with the new places things will be and what's being moved? To vent I went in today for 2 items legit a 5 min task, and took me 15 min to find them. Help me out.... πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
