Thatās the answer I give when someone asks if they should eat a certain food or not.
If youāre an emotional eater, itās not really about the food, itās about the emotions behind youāre eating.
If youāre stressed out, not feeling well, exhausted and overwhelmed, you are more likely to overheat and overindulgent foods they give you the happy hitš„ in your brain.
Unfortunately, that dopamine š„hit that happens right away is short-lived and you just keep on eating anyway.
šOnce you become aware⦠And yes, it takes practice⦠Life gets easier with food.
Stick with me and I will help you learn how to enjoy food without dieting and without eating emotionally. The crazy thing about healing emotional eating is it heals a lot of other things in your life.š
