Glucose Monitor!!! I’ve been wanting one for so long so I can see exactly how my body reacts to different foods. Over the next 10 days I will be tracking and monitoring everything I eat to see how my blood sugar levels respond. So far I have only tested out a banana and it had no effect on my blood sugar so it’s a safe choice for me. If there is anything you want me to test out let me know!! This should be fun 😛

Making sure the kids eat healthy is a full time job in itself. Taking on way more than I can handle is what I do best 😂
Of course I want home grown veggies, fresh herbs,backyard chicken eggs, fresh baked bread! We all know protein in power and we need to reach those protein goals, but making sure we are replenishing our bodies with micro nutrients as well is important for growth and recovery.
