Feels good to get back to the gym. It’s easy to fall out of the habit, but once you force yourself back you are so glad you did it!
Life has been somewhat chaotic for my family lately, but it’s definitely headed in the right direction ⬆️. My workout routine has suffered. I wanted to share a few ways I get myself back into the right mindset and attitude to get back at it.
⚡️First- allow yourself GRACE. Life happens and throws us curveballs at times.
⚡️Set Realistic Goals- for me this will be moving more towards “performance goals” instead of “body goals.” This will help me add fitness back into my LIFESTYLE.
⚡️Be Consistent- consistency is 🗝 right?
⚡️Don’t compare yourself to others. Be excited to start where you are and watch your progress.
⚡️Accountability System. This helps me 100% and definitely keeps me going.
⚡️ Let’s not forget wearing athletic wear that makes you feel your best. Just sayin…
⚡️Also, don’t forget to BELIEVE in yourself. You can really do anything you set your mind to. 🤗

Finally in! Moved into the townhome and hopefully will be moved into our new home by Oct/Nov. 🙏🏻
Until then we will be living very closely to one another. I’m sure there will be ZERO fighting and nothing but LOVE going on! 💀
The last few weeks have been chaos like it is anytime you move, but I am so excited for this new chapter for our family and so far I am loving this new city.
