A little bit of good news! The federal h**p ban has been delayed by one month. It is now set to take effect December 11th.

A month is not much of a reprieve, but it gives Congress a little more time to pass a more impactful bill.

Several h**p bills have been introduced which would delay the ban
or create reasonable h**p regulations. I encourage everyone to use the link below to contact your representatives and ask them to protect access to full spectrum C*D products.

If none of the bills are passed into law, I will no longer be able to sell products outside of Vermont after December 11th. Please contact your legislators!

Hey Vermonters - I have some awesome news for you! 😀

The Vermont legislature haas passed h**p legislation which will enable full spectrum C*D products to continue being sold outside of dispensaries!

This means I am not going out of business! I can still make my products and sell them at Vermont stores, farmers markets, and craft fairs.

I will be able to ship full spectrum C*D products to addresses in Vermont, but unfortunately not to other states.

My income will plummet - less than 40% of my sales are within Vermont - but at least I don't have to close shop completely. I will likely pick up more hours working as an RN in my hospital operating room to make up for my loss of income.

For those of you in other states, please SPEAK UP! There's a chance that the federal h**p ban will be reversed.
