An Esteem Expert is more than a sales role. It is someone who enjoys helping people feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful.

We are looking for team players who love beauty, people, great energy, and creating a customer experience that leaves people feeling better than when they came.

Today we’re celebrating a beautiful Lip Esteem moment.

Our founder, Tameka Jones recently called on photographer Roosevelt Mansfield of DigieMade Photography to capture her in a season where she felt strong, beautiful, rooted, and in bloom.

Her braids and beads work, created by Ebony, Owner of Essentia La Chic became more than a hairstyle — they became a connection to culture, ancestry, beauty, and the women who came before us.

And of course, the lip combo had to speak too:

To all Lip Esteem, LLC customers and friends, this is not an easy decision for me, but it is best, we are pivoting.

Our retail store at 876 Selby location is closed. Lip Esteem will be sold online on our website at www.Lipesteem.com and also at a variety of vendor events and of course the Minnesota State Fair.

This is definitely a decision that has not been easy for me, but I also know that we the people, we the brand, will continue to show up and provide quality lip products.
