SALT LAKE! I’m in town for a quick blip and offering this workshop ✨🤍. There’s a lot of collective themes I’m seeing that feel like a request for us to weave and knit more closely through our shared experiences of grief/love and loss/life. DM me if you have questions — sign up via drippractice.com/classes (scroll to Oct 11 on the calendar) and I’ll see you there. Xoxo 💋

is a ritual I encourage to be embedded into a daily devotional practice. It attunes our bodies to touch and the conversations that happen there. This allows us to build a relationship of resilience and trust with ourselves in regard to how we view, talk to, and treat ourselves. And how we treat ourselves is what we will attract in others.

You can elongate your shower by a few extra minutes and luxuriate in your touch then, or try out a belly or face massage at times in the day you desire more relaxation, or it can be a juicy way to prime the body for sleep at night.

The more we slow down in these ways, the more opportunities we have to LISTEN to what our body really wants, needs, and desires to feel radiant, healthy, cared for, held, and grounded.

TOUCH IS MEDICINE and it’s time we start treating it that way.

Sisterhood (and brotherhood and community at large) is sacred. I believe when we circle up and allow ourselves to connect, to be seen, to be held and witnessed in whatever we are moving through in the moment is medicine. A type of medicine that rinses like rain 🌧️ after dryness, quenching a thirst nothing else quite can.

Always and forever honored to hold and lead sacred circles and hold hands with my sisters. 🤍

Another shout out to Todd Lava for all the tie-dye seen here and for supporting DRIPPs mission and vision for us to all play and grieve and be authentically expressed in our every day lives.

Want to shake up how you approach movement and touch — or find ways to get out of your head and more into your body? I find playing with props is an incredible way to make my feel brand new and more playful. It gets me out of my normal patterns and approaches and slows me down. In this clip I’m playing with rope — a newly found prop I adore. I also love to utilize bolsters, gloves, chairs and walls, socks, baggy sweatshirts, fans, and more to bring some newness to the floor.

Where my and rope 🪢 kittens at ?!

How often do you find yourself chasing ideas of who we are and what we’re supposed to be doing or achieving? How often do you get lost in the noise of what is happening outside of you?

I find keeps life silly and not so serious and helps me arrive to a place of surrendering to what is here and now. It allows me to not get stuck being or doing anything for too long as it mirrors all the many different sides of myself. We are disco balls 🪩 ✨ my love, let yourself sparkle in all your dimensions 💋 .

The road to more confidence and expanded ple@sure begins with our own curiosity and capacity to hold ourselves. Hold ourselves with and through it ALL. To hum and sigh and cry and sway with the multitude of feelings and emotions coursing through us always. DRIPP felt so different to my body because of my touch. The soft caresses and gentle holding as well as slaps and grabs and scratches. Have you spent time playing with your own kinds of touch?

Thanks to Scribzshoots for the capture 🎥 ✨ and all my sweet DRIPPy loves shown here (mad love for you all xoxo) Hillary Ann Ben Navarro ~*Faye*~ Justin Hayes Jennifer Holland // Prism💎✨🌈 Adrienne Isbell Nashelly Bee
