LIFE UPDATES!!!

Hey friends it’s been awhile! I apologize in advance for cramming so much into this post😅

First, we’re “officially” The Scientist Company as I successfully defended my PhD thesis on Nov. 17th! And to preempt the question, no, it still doesn’t seem real😂 Many, many thanks to every single person who helped me get to this point.

Second, I’m engaged! To my best friend no less🥰 See the second pic to see the gorgeous waterfall where it happened! To say I’m happy would be a massive understatement - I’m so looking forward to spending the rest of my life with this amazing guy.❤️

And last but not least, we’ve determined our moving dates for heading back down to Houston, TX! In preparation, online shopping on the website will close this Wednesday, Nov 29. This gives me time to get out those last orders! In addition, I am planning on having one in-person shopping event on December 3rd for any locals who want to grab some goodies. More details to come!

I’m looking to open up online orders again beginning in January, but will keep you updated as we get closer. Hope this helps!!!

This announcement has been a long time coming! We're moving! To Texas!

Many of you know that The Scientist Company gets its name from me being a real life scientist. Many of you also know that I have been working on getting my PhD in the Biomedical Sciences for the past 6.5 years! Now, within the next 8-10 weeks this chapter of my life will be coming to a close. While in many aspects it's bittersweet, I am truly excited for the next part of the journey.

Salt Lake City is a very special place, and I love that I finally got to turn my dream of this small business into a reality - right here! And while there are still some logistics to figure out, I will be reopening The Scientist Company in Houston once I've settled in, have no fears!😊
