Después de tener a mi tercer bebé, pasé por uno de los momentos más difíciles de mi vida. El postparto me cambió más de lo que imaginaba. Estaba agotada, trabajaba tiempo completo, cuidaba de mis hijos y estaba tratando de construir mi propio negocio.
Por fuera sonreía, pero por dentro ya no me sentía yo misma.
Me veía en las fotos y apenas me reconocía. Había perdido mi confianza, mi energía y la motivación para hacer cosas que antes disfrutaba.
Hasta que decidí empezar el año con el pie derecho y ponerme como prioridad.
No fue de la noche a la mañana. Fueron pequeños pasos, días buenos y días difíciles. Pero poco a poco empecé a volver a mí. Hoy no comparto esto por un número en la báscula. Lo comparto porque sé que hay mujeres que se sienten exactamente como yo me sentía: cansadas, sobrecargadas y perdidas entre tantas responsabilidades.

Hi! I’m Ale Garza, RN. I was born in Eagle Pass, Texas, and raised in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, México. I’m a proud mom of three, a GI Pre-Op Nurse by day, and the owner of AGATA Aesthetics & Wellness. I’ve been a nurse since 2015, and my passion is helping women look refreshed, feel confident, and still look like themselves. One of the things I love most about my business is bringing aesthetic and wellness services directly to my clients through my mobile concierge practice, allowing you to enjoy treatments in the comfort of your own home.
