LashMaverick Essentials

POV: You went to Nightgowns & Networking to make business connections…and accidentally found your BUSINESS BESTIE. 😂💕

When I say this networking event was unlike any other… I mean it!

I had the honor of attending as a vendor representing LashMaverick Essentials™ | LME Wellness Juice Headz, and I walked into the room ready to network, meet new people, talk business, and find ways we could collaborate and create solutions together.

What I DIDN’T expect was to meet Ernesto Rosa and INSTANTLY click! 😂 This man became my business bestie before the night was even over. 😆🤝🏾

Let me introduce my business bestie 🥰 JJ is the entrepreneur behind Lùmera, a social platform designed to help creators, artists, and businesses connect with their audiences, along with JJ Cosmetics & Spa LLC, Coqui Active Fitness Clothes, and Digital Boss Pro. So you already KNOW once we started talking business, ideas started flying! 😂💡

And that’s exactly why rooms like this MATTER.

It wasn’t about passing out business cards and going home. It was about REAL conversations, GENUINE connections, FINDING solutions, DISCOVERING opportunities, and MEETING people you can actually BUILD with.

I walked in as a vendor and walked out with NEW connections, FUTURE collaborations, NEW opportunities…and apparently a whole BUSINESS BESTIE! 😂💕🤝🏾

Somebody was WATCHING! 👀

One of my customers saw my Pita’s Republic TT review and decided to go experience it for herself.

She told me she had NO IDEA the restaurant was even there

Y’all, the crazy part is it’s LESS THAN 10 minutes away from her! 😂

She tried the fast, fresh food, grabbed her cold-pressed Watermelon Juice Headz, and loved the experience. 🥰

Then she told me, ‘We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Now THAT is a win! She discovered a new local restaurant right in her own area, Pita’s Republic gained a new returning customer, and she got to experience the food AND Juice Headz together.

This is exactly what local collaboration is supposed to do.

So… what hidden gem are YOU missing out on? 👀

✨ THE COMPANY YOU KEEP MATTERS. ✨

1 Corinthians 15:33 (NKJV) reminds us, “Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.’”

And it had me thinking…

If Scripture reminds us to be mindful of the influence of the company we keep, then there is something beautiful about intentionally putting yourself IN GOOD COMPANY. ❤️

That is exactly what I experienced at In Good Company — Networking Joyfully.

A table filled with successful, Christ-centered women who genuinely wanted to see one another WIN. Women from different backgrounds and businesses—some meeting for the very first time—yet intentionally asking, “How can I support you? How can we build together?”

The family-style dinner made it even more special. We passed food, served one another, laughed, let our hair down, and had genuine conversations in a space that felt safe and welcoming. 🍽️❤️

And the FOOD?! 👏🏾 Our chef came out and explained the dishes, how they were prepared, and how they paired with the drinks on the menu. That attention to detail made dinner an entire experience—and everything was delicious! 🤌🏾

Before the evening was even over, some women had already connected so naturally that calendars were coming out and dates were being set to continue building those relationships.

THAT is In Good Company.

More than exchanging business cards.

It’s fellowship. Community. Genuine connection. Collaboration. Friendship. And women intentionally building other women up.

Thank you, Fadaka, for creating such an intentional experience, and thank you to Jacqueline for helping make the evening so special. ❤️

This was round ✌🏾 for me, and I’m already looking forward to the 3rd In Good Company — Networking Joyfully!

Because the company we keep has influence…

✨ So I’m choosing to be IN GOOD COMPANY. ✨

✨ MARKET DAY RECAP ✨

What an EXPERIENCE! 🥰🙌🏾

This is what I love about being a small business owner—getting outside, connecting with our community, meeting new people, supporting other businesses, and creating memories along the way. 💕

LashMaverick Essentials™ showed up with our She Got It Laid™ Red Onion Growth Collection 🌱✨

But one of my FAVORITE parts of the day was seeing the CHILDREN get involved! 🥹❤️ I absolutely love when entrepreneurship, family, and community can all come together in the same space. Those are the moments that make marketplace events about so much more than just selling products.

And I have to give a special shoutout to Indie Noir Market Experience 👏🏾👏🏾 Our host Camille Adrienne is truly ONE OF A KIND. The thought, energy, and effort she puts into creating an environment where vendors, families, and even the kids can participate and have a good time does not go unnoticed 😇

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, showed love, asked questions, supported, purchased, shared, or simply came over to say hello. 🫶🏾 Every interaction matters to a small business.

This definitely won’t be our last marketplace! 👀🔥 I’m already looking forward to participating in more events and continuing to introduce Tampa Bay to the LME experience.

✨ Beauty on the outside.
🌱 Wellness on the inside.
💚 Community all around.
