🚩Red flag: Booking your hair & makeup artist because their Instagram “looked cute.”

That’s not enough. 😏
I saw several posts last week on Facebook from local brides describing how disappointed they were with their hair/makeup artist on their wedding day. Common denominators?
🤔no trial
🙁didn’t read the reviews before hiring
😕hired based on Instagram photos that they later learned were touched up by AI or Facetune

🧐research your artist before hiring them.

Did they show up on time?
Did the glam survive tears, hugs, and a packed dance floor?

Before I book an appointment for myself such as brows, lashes, ect., I spend a few months stalking the Instagram feed of who I’m interested in and also base my decision on how they communicate with me. Do they ghost me? Take a week to reply? Don’t seem to care if I book them or not? 🚩
