The best achievements don’t need an immediate audience.
When you share everything in real time, you also expose your plans, your routine, and often, your peace. Live your moment without the obligation to post it all instantly. These days, people get so caught up in their phones that they forget to actually enjoy what’s in front of them.
Learn to live moments first and post them later. Not every win needs instant applause.
Silence is a strategy too.
Here are the things I always tell my clients after their ar**la reconstruction, because healing well is just as important as the design itself.
Avoid direct sun on the area for at least 4 weeks. Don’t soak in pools, hot tubs, or the ocean until fully healed. Keep it dry during showers for the first few days. No picking or scratching, even if it itches (that means it’s healing).
Apply your aftercare ointment exactly as instructed, not more, not less. This is such a meaningful part of your journey and I want you to feel confident every step of the way.
