Who else LOVES Clean Simple Eats?? 🙋🏼♀️
This is their Thai Crunch Salad and I can’t get enough!!!! So delicious 😋 especially the homemade peanut sauce.
Check out their app- their membership is only a $1 a month!!! It’s so worth it! 🙌🏻

My gym is closing in 10 days. 😭😭
You know what I love most about my gym???
You guessed it: the sauna. Seriously. I love it. The heat helps me relax and recenter myself.
I may need to look into getting a 2-person outdoor one… any great suggestions for one?? 🤷🏻♀️
Keep your goals in mind because when you do all of the little things start to add up!!
I’m playing the long game my friends:
I’m consistent with the food I eat
I’m consistent with my supplements
I’m consistent with strength training
I may not see what I want to see in a flash, but that’s ok- I will not be disappointed in 6 months when I’m still consistent!! 💪🏻
