What started as a team-building activity became something much bigger.
22 teammates from a fully remote team met in person, split into teams, and earned their supplies through trivia and hands-on challenges before building fully functional bee boxes from scratch. Every piece required teamwork.
By the end, 4 hand-built hives were donated to Blessid Bee to house rescued honeybee swarms across Colorado. That's what happens when team building creates impact beyond the room.
How do you celebrate 50 years of success?
For Motivational Systems, the answer was a custom Decades Dash team-building experience. Teams journeyed through the 1970s, ‘80s, ‘90s, 2000s, 2010s, and today, tackling themed challenges inspired by each era while celebrating the people, culture, and milestones that shaped the company’s success.
An occasion this meaningful deserved more than a party—it deserved a shared experience that honored the past, celebrated the present, and brought everyone together for what comes next.

From finding kidney beans in a relay that raised money for the Lupus Foundation of America, to interactive challenges like Sales Target, The Placebo Effect, Stop the Protein Spill, and more. Every activity had a purpose beyond competition.
