14 years of marriage. ❤️ It feels like a lifetime, yet somehow it also feels like this was just yesterday.
We got married at the courthouse in San Diego. We arrived separately and left separately because Nick had to go jump out of airplanes that day. 🫣 Looking back, it defined our life. Choosing each other through all the chaos and craziness of life.
For the past 14 years, we’ve chosen each other through every season. Instead of letting the military life break us, it made us stronger. It taught us to cherish every moment together, lean on one another, support each other through everything, and always have each other’s backs! Whether we were standing side by side or worlds apart.
We’ve grown together as husband and wife, as parents, and as individuals. Through every challenge, every move, every deployment, every celebration, and every dream, I’d choose this life with you all over again.
Thank you for being the incredible husband you are, the father our boys look up to, and the steady leader of our family. I will continue choosing you and us every single day.
Happy Anniversary, babe. I love you more than you’ll ever know. ❤️
Oh… and yes, we got married in our Bruins jerseys. Let’s go Bruins! 🐻 I guess we were always meant to end up back in Boston. 😉
👄Lip filler can migrate, but it doesn’t always have to.
Migration often comes down to technique, product selection, placement, and anatomy. That’s why choosing a provider who understands both lip anatomy and the rheology of the filler matters.
The right product, in the right place, makes all the difference 💋

🚨 Not everyone is built the same, and that’s one of the most important things to understand with neurotoxin 💉
Every patient has different muscle movement, strength, and recruitment patterns. Your injection pattern, dosing, and placement should reflect the person in front of you… not the generic injection pattern you were first taught.
That’s the difference between simply injecting neurotoxin and truly understanding facial anatomy

Masseter tox is a great tool for relieving pain and slimming the face but understanding surrounding muscles is key 🔑
• Anatomy matters.
• Product diffusion matters.
• Dose matters.
• Injection placement matters.
• Every patient’s anatomy is different.
The details are what protect the smile

Knowing where a muscle is only gets you so far. You need to understand how it moves, what expression it creates, and what happens when you relax it with neurotoxin. That’s how you get natural-looking results.
