Sis, when I tell you that a bad nightās sleep will have you out here questioning your whole life before 9am, believe me. š“
One rough night and suddenly everything feels harder, heavier, and somehow personal. Thatās not weakness, thatās your nervous system waving a white flag. Protect your rest like itās sacred, because honestly? It kind of is.
Your mental health starts long before your feet hit the floor ā it starts the night before.
