HALF-DAY WELLNESS RETREAT - SOUTH PONTO

A morning like this is exactly why we created these retreats. ✨

Our Half Day Wellness Retreat in Carlsbad was such a beautiful way to spend the morning — ocean air, sunshine, movement, deep rest, good food, and a few hours to simply slow down. 🌊🤍

We started with beach yoga overlooking the Pacific, moved into breathwork and Yoga Nidra, and finished the morning gathered together over a beautiful beach picnic and charcuterie.

There’s something different about giving yourself more than just an hour-long class. These half-day retreats give you time to move, breathe, reset, connect, and actually enjoy the experience without rushing off to the next thing.

Thank you to everyone who spent their Sunday morning with us at South Ponto Beach. ☀️ It was such a gorgeous morning in Carlsbad, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting.
