Apart from our incredible customers who continue to give us the opportunities to do what we do, there are two fearless and hardworking women who are the heart of our home - Dolly, and Natashah.

If you are a longtime customer, you have experienced their magic, and love, and expertise whether you know it or not. They are the core of what has propelled these studios through the best and worst of times, and for their valiant efforts and loyalty to give their customers the best services possible, we want to say thank you.

Day SIX…celebrating our customer !

Jenna has been coming to our studios for (drumroll)…15 years! That blows us away. She will testify to all threading services, and loves the chic and clean look of the salons.

She, like so many, spots Dolly in and out of the shops doing all sorts of things - from threading, to restocking, to helping people check out. Jenna sees the way Dolly has built such a strong foundation for this business, where employees and customers alike can feel empowered and experience a transformation not just externally, but internally - from all the love that exists inside of our walls.

Jenna we are SO grateful and indebted to your loyalty!

Day FOUR…home is where the WELCOME is!

Anyone who has ever had an appointment anywhere knows the value and necessity of a friendly face to greet you.

A good front desk person helps put you at ease and answers all kinds of questions like:
“Where do I go?”
“What do I do?”
and most importantly…
“Where is the bathroom?!”

They answer ALL of these and more, while receiving phone calls, taking people’s payments, checking people in, keeping the shops clean, and doing it ALL with a smile. We might be partial, but we kinda think we have two of the best. ✨

Day FOUR…celebrating our customer, !

She’s been coming to Beauty by Dolly for a whopping 7 years, and loves how she can get her favorite self-care service (eyebrow threading, of course) in an environment that is both so clean and welcoming.

We are thankful that customers like Emma allow us to be a safe space that doesn’t just allow, but ENCOURAGES moments of pause and self-care.

Day THREE…home is where the WAXERS are!

You know them. You love them. They are our own real life sugaring (and waxing) fairies!

They can make the anxiety or fears around these services melt away, and provide you with memories to last a lifetime…and smooth skin that lasts up to 6-8 weeks. ✨

They build such strong bonds with their clients, and we know FULL well, they are so much of the heart and soul behind what makes Beauty by Dolly feel like home.

Day TWO…celebrating our customer !

She’s been coming to our studios for almost 5 YEARS, and loves how her family (her sissy Maria) shares the experience of Beauty by Dolly alongside her. (We do love a sister bond around here! 🙂‍↕️)

Beauty by Dolly welcomed her in, and she keeps coming back time and time again for the great eyebrow threading.

As this holiday season rushes by, we wanted to take the week leading up to Christmas to celebrate all of the integral parts of what makes Beauty by Dolly feel like home…and not JUST home for the holidays. 😉

So today - we celebrate our threading team! They are the artists who work magic on brows and so much more. They instill confidence with every (gentle-ish) thread movement, and absolutely love to see you back in their chairs to catch up on all the things since they saw you last.
