The Way UU

when crisis arrives, come back to your body.

during uncertain or overwhelming moments, like these days following the earthquake in colombia, or any crisis that leaves us feeling unsettled, it’s easy to stay glued to updates, carry the fear of others, and forget that our bodies are processing it all, too.

here are 6 ways to regulate your nervous system so you can still take care of yourself while taking care of others.

save this for the moments when it all feels like too much, and share it with someone who may need the reminder too. 🤎

words can’t describe a day like this.

our hearts are heavy, but we have to stay strong, stay connected, and continue showing up for one another.

if you’re looking for a trusted way to support, these organizations are actively responding to help:

+ Cruz Roja Colombiana
+ Direct Relief
+ World Central Kitchen

if donating isn’t possible, sharing verified resources, checking in on loved ones, and amplifying orgs working directly with affected communities also matters.

colombia, estamos contigo 🤎

before we rush into a new month…

let’s thank the last one.

july reminded us that growth often begins outside of our comfort zone.

growth isn’t always loud.

save this as your monthly reset and comment with one word you’re bringing into august. 🪽✨

we believe in one simple thing:

feel good. do good.

when we show up for ourselves, we’re able to show up more fully for the people and communities around us.

together, we gave back to families affected by the earthquake in Venezuela through We Love🩵.

we’re so grateful to every one of you who continues to make our wellness world what it is.

your impact made this possible, thank you for moving with purpose!

our next reset is coming soon… stay tuned. 🤎

if June didn’t start the way you hoped…

you still have the rest of july to create something beautiful.🪽✨🤍

let’s move together. let’s give together. 🤍

this sunday, glow & flow is about more than movement.

For every ticket purchased, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support emergency relief efforts for families affected by the earthquake in Venezuela.

we’re also giving away 1 ticket because we believe wellness should create ripple effects—both in our local community and around the world.
