That short fuse usually isn't about the small stuff. It's your system running on too little rest and too much pressure. When everything feels like the last straw, that's your body waving a flag. Slow down where you can, protect your sleep, and go easier on yourself. The irritation tends to fade once you actually give yourself room to breathe.

Been running on empty lately? Chamomile is the one worth coming back to. There's a reason it's been the go-to for generations. Brew a cup at night, sit with it for a bit, and let the day loosen its grip. Nothing fancy about it. Sometimes the oldest fix is the one that actually works🌼🌬️

I was holding on to this one…..
But I’m done with that.🙅🏾♀️
After alll this time, it’s still a challenge for me to celebrate my accomplishments the way I help others celebrate theirs.
A good friend of mine says,” we are always a work in progress.” I definitely believe that.
It’s why I am choosing to share my journey and it’s why I am so passionate about helping others on theirs.
Anyway,
I worked extremely hard to get here. So I’m choosing to shine my light and share it with the world.
