Well I have great news! And not so great news 🤭

I am happy and thrilled to loose 10 pounds and keep them off now every mirror ain’t safe 🤭

Unfortunately, I found out I have to be 30 pounds lighter in total for a some special training I want to join

Water fasting can get me there asap but is not something I can sustain

Patience and consistency will help me 🙏

And as an act of self love…

I let go off people who don’t hold me safe any longer…

If I feel like I am bothering or insisting

It I feel like isn’t a mutual connection

If I feel like I am not fit for them or their values

It is okay…

I am growing too!

I am meeting the correct people

I am growing in the right places

I am learning what I always asked to learn

I hope they find what they seek but I am not longer reaching out for anything that doesn’t want me back

Being humble, sweet and kind is one thing

But seeing yourself as you truly are and understand you deserve love and respect it doesn’t come from others but from yourself

Is not the art of detachment but the awareness that your energy and time can’t be wasted even in the wrong thoughts

The only thing that keeps me going is the happy memories…

But at times the dream seems so real.

And I ask myself…am I awake or still dreaming?

Was that a real moment or just my imagination?

Dear God, please take me back to the ocean maybe Hawaii next time? 🌺

Or San Diego 🌞 at least or Laguna Beach or Montanita 🏄🏻‍♀️

My happy places is when I am in the ocean 🌊

When I was 18 I wanted to work for AA being in Ecuador it seemed impossible! Didn’t happen immediately, years later…oh well! 🥹 there I was!

Someone pointed out that all the goals I had became true!

I didn’t believe in manifestation. For many years I let others advice me, guide me, even discourage me from my thoughts, ideas and goals thinking: “they know better”

The true is, you meet amazing people who lift you up and help you. But, you also meet individuals who can’t pursue their dreams so they don’t think others can either

Unfortunately, for some time, I was around the wrong crowd. I had let people put seeds of doubt and discouragement in my heart

My car accidents were a huge impediment for me to even function a whole day normally which hurt my self confidence in addition to other stuff I prefer not to say 😪

Working out daily has allowed me to gain some strength and believe I can claim my power back.

Now I talk non stop about what I want for me. Not borrowed, not shared but my own:

My own car
My own store
My financial independence

Seems stupid at times being married but my mom encouraged me to use all my skills and education to prove myself my goal of independence is not silly but doable for someone like me.

The Bible said:
