Given the chaos of everyday life, it can be tough to stay healthy and look our best. Work, family life, commitments, and other responsibilities take up so much of our time – but taking small steps to care for yourself can make a big difference. To help you look and feel your best every day, read on for some easy, time-tested steps and strategies.

Drink Plenty of Water

One of the easiest things you can do to be a healthier and happier person is to drink more water. Not only does staying hydrated boost your energy levels, but it can also improve your focus and mental clarity throughout the day. The benefits of water are numerous, from keeping your skin looking hydrated and fresh to flushing out toxins from your body and helping to digest your food. It's recommended that you drink around eight glasses of water a day, but more if you’re exercising or out in hot weather.

Add Movement Every Day

One of the most crucial things you can do for your health and to lose weight is to exercise regularly. Get up and walk every day. A walk at lunch (a bonus if you have a walkable job) is a great way to go. If you can, take the stairs at work. Do stretch or yoga. As part of our commitment to accessibility and innovation, we’re pleased to share an early preview of our new Try‑On Assistant—created for clients, partners, and providers who may be unable to visit the studio or whose schedules make in‑person consultations difficult.

When you log into any of our products, look for the purple Try‑On button located at both the top and bottom of each product page. Select the shade you’d like to explore from the drop‑down color list, then press Try‑On. You’ll be prompted to sign in, and from there, the system will guide you through the experience.

During this early phase, Try‑Ons are limited to six per week as we continue refining and completing the tool.
