Hey everyone, Beach body has some amazing deals right now!! One is Morning Meltdown 100. It's 100 workouts done in order. The cool thing about it is your commitment is just to do the 100 workouts, there's no time limit and no rules about how fast or slow you need to go. It's perfect for busy lives where you can't always get to a workout every day because of kids or schedule or if you're just having a rough day. Formula for Lifelong Fitness. 7 steps to whole body strength!!
I started my running/exercise journey November of 1998. I was weighing in in the high 190’s and physically could not do a jumping jack. Slowly I got stronger and faster. I even found a space for peace during my runs, which has been a blessing for me.

Exercise has helped me physically - of course, but for me the emotional health that comes with exercise is what I crave. Sometimes with Major Depressive Disorder the only 10 minutes in a day that I get to feel happy and lighter is the 10 minute adrenaline rush after a hard run. It gives me the ability to decide to go home and try again!

Looking back on my journey, I have put together a formula for lifelong fitness. It will work for anyone. It is fluid and can be individualized. I know it works because I use it every day. 🥤🥤I have been using nutrition dense shakes for me and my family for at least 1️⃣0️⃣years. This is what I love ❤️ about them;

1. 🤩They gave me peace of mind that my teenagers were getting some goodness in them (when I had teenagers around). I don’t know about your teens but mine would skip breakfast, have a chocolate bar for lunch and then when they got home from basketball practice they’d eat all the carbs in the house!! So I started making them drink a shake every morning(we called it ‘chug’ because even if it wasn’t their favorite thing I said just chug it!!) and watched things change. Once my son was getting so tired at the end of the day he wanted to drop his last block class. I made him drink chug and that whole problem went away!!

2. They’re easy and convenient. I keep some shake powder in my car and in my bag for when my plans change and I find myself wanting junk food!! I’ve even taken them to the airport ✈️ with me and had that instead of a 17$ tuna sandwich! Haha

3. They curb my hunger and help me maintain my weight. 👩🏼‍🍳My favorite recipe is almond milk, ice, coconut milk yogurt ice cubes (that I make myself), 1/2 frozen banana, some cocoa, some greens (sometimes the powder and sometimes frozen spinach), peanut butter and ground flax seed. I start almost every day with this shake. Mmmm🤗
