This move will expose every weakness your body has been hiding. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ”ฅ

Single Leg Kettlebell RDL.
One leg. One kettlebell. Zero excuses.
Here's why this hits different ๐Ÿ‘‡

The moment you lift that second foot off the ground โ€” your glutes, hamstrings, core and balance have absolutely nowhere to hide.
No machine to stabilize you.
No two legs to compensate.
Just you, the kettlebell, and the truth. ๐Ÿ˜…

Here's where most people go wrong:
โŒ Rounding the back
โŒ Hips rotating open
โŒ Rushing the rep
โŒ Not hinging deep enough

Here's what it should look like:
โœ… Flat back โ€” always
โœ… Hips square to the floor
โœ… Back leg floats straight behind you
โœ… Hinge deep โ€” feel the hamstring load
โœ… Drive through the heel โ€” squeeze the glute hard at the top
Master this movement and your posterior chain will never be the same. ๐Ÿ‘

Save this for your next leg day. ๐Ÿ’ช

Drop a ๐Ÿ‘ if your hamstrings are already screaming just watching this!

What I ordered at the restaurantโ€ฆ something I donโ€™t usually get ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

I took Dr. Mindy Pelz advice when eating out. I ordered something I donโ€™t usually get to support my gut and microbiome.

Turns outโ€ฆ it was SO worth it ๐Ÿ™Œ

I indulged a little, but chose better options throughout My meal experience.

๐Ÿ’ช How did you navigate fasting and workouts during your amazing 4-week adventure in China? Trust me,... I ATE. I returned home leanerโ€”not by skipping incredible food. The food was Salty, spicy, oily, and downright delicious. Think meats and veggies, not heavily processed. And those desserts? Stunning little masterpieces! Mung bean desserts? Not my favorite. Hereโ€™s what I discovered: noticed... The Chinese consume WAY less sugar. Plus, I realized that travel days are some of the easiest for fasting, as long as you resist the urge to snack at 7-11. ๐Ÿ˜… With all the touring, walking, and stair climbing, I still managed to hit the gym most days! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ And for once, the gym equipment was made for smaller frames! I felt right at home. No food obsession, no guilt. My FAVORITE part....No "starting over when I got back".
