As founder of Martinelli Wellness, I provide health and wellness coaching for women struggling to lose weight.
As ounder of Martinelli Wellness, I provide health and wellness coaching for women struggling to lose weight. I specialize in coaching my female clients to their optimal weights without restricting calories or being deprived of the enjoyment of food. I view health as a vehicle for my clients to achieve their goals both professionally and personally. Many of my clients are mothers and busy professi
onals, and as natural nurturers, they struggle with prioritizing their own health goals. This leads to an overscheduled, energy depleted lifestyle where being tired is simply a norm. A customized approach, combined with a curriculum of nutrition and lifestyle topics, enables my clients to change their negative habits in relation to food and lifestyle choices. With subtle shifts in nutrition and lifestyle patterns, my clients enjoy struggle free weight loss, increased energy, deeper sleep, and ultimately the confidence to move past their own roadblocks to a position of personal empowerment. By taking ownership of their health and well-being, my clients will enjoy specific improvements in:
Weight
Digestion
Mood
Energy levels
Sugar cravings
Emotional eating
Sleep
Confidence
S*x life
Productivity
Skin complexion
Stress and anxiety levels
Headaches
Healthy home cooking
Prior to becoming a wellness coach, I earned my B.S. in bio-kinesiology from Chapman University in Orange County, Ca. I am a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a concentrated 11 month wellness training program certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. My coaching style is sincere, transparent, and goal-oriented. I create a safe space for my clients to talk through their personal and nutritional obstacles. I listen well, helping my clients identify patterns in their life that are no longer serve them. By pinpointing specific habits, then changing their instinctual responses to triggers, my clients are able to successfully lose weight and improve their overall outlook on life. I am 33, a mom to an active 18 month old boy and fiancee to a very supportive man. I am passionate about my mission to help other women feel great and confident in their bodies. I too, have struggled with obsessing over the number on the scale and every morsel of food I ate. I had pages upon pages of food journaling, breaking down every meal into calculated calories. My exercise was obsessive out of fear of weight gain. My destructive relationship with food created a trickling effect to all other sectors of my life: my career endeavors, friendships, relationships with men, and my weight. It was not until I granted myself permission to eat when I was hungry, to intuitively listen to my hunger signals, to honor my body exactly as I was, did I naturally and effortlessly reach my optimal weight. With my practice of yoga, and the reconnection with my love for food (not just skinless chicken and egg whites), I am able to confidently say that the battle with food and weight loss is one that can be conquered!
