Quick rose tutorial! 🌹
I still need a little more practice to *perfect* them but I'm happy with how it's looking so far!! I've learned to keep a super light (white if you can) outer edge and dark inner edge of whatever color you choose to really make it pop! Also make sure it's completely dry between layers. Lol. Lesson learned.

I got to paint this sweet girl at the school carnival the other day, and saw her and her Mom today at my other event! 🧡💜 she asked if I remembered her and wanted another custom rose ☺️ we made it just in time before the downpour came lol.

Just a few pics out of the probably 100+ faces I painted from the third grade STAAR carnival the other day! ☺️🎡 I was not at all expecting it to be such a hit like it was lolll it was such a fun time!!! All the kiddos were all soo happy I live for those reactions 🥹🥳

Dutch braid vs. post dutch braid 😭🤣
I love wearing my hair like this while painting cause it keeps all of it out of my face (especially days like today when it was hella windy!) and doesn’t hurt me like buns and ponytails do. But my god the aftermath is horrid 😆

Today I face painted for University of Texas Medical Branch and it was such a great time! ☺️
I love love love doing events like these. I get to meet other people in fun industries as well as wonderful marketing opportunities! Such a good weekend overall.

Home and absolutely BEAT lol staar carnival was a huge success with the kiddos 🥳 I think that’s the most faces I’ve painted so far since I started lol but worth it!! I def lost count 😅
I didn’t take pics myself, but I hopefully should have some from the school soon I can post!! It was such a good day, I love my boy can be so involved in this too🤍 he has a sweet dragon on his face but it’s hard to see in the pics 🐉

I meant to post this like 5 days ago on Mother’s Day and completely forgot because I was out of town 😅 but this beautiful Momma got some flowers to go with her girl’s birthday theme 💖🍓 I love how they came out for a quick first time painting them!

These claw marks are also pretty quick and easy to do! On my (angled) brush I have a light red on the outer long end, and dark red on the shorter end to give it some depth. Always keep it facing the same direction for the same outcome in each scratch! Adding the white lines at the end really help make it pop too! ✨
