As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I offer residential sessions personally designed for each client, as well as meditation instruction.

By working together with the needs of each individual, clients feel that they can achieve attainable goals as they learn to listen, feel and heal their bodies from the inside out. It is with gratitude to the practice of yoga that I share my experience, strength and hope with those seeking their own enlightened path.
