Long day at Moffitt - since my Dr wants to avoid low white count w new meds for the foreseeable future, she has me getting 3 shots following chemo day, starting tomorrow thru Monday… I’ll get these shots again. To prepare myself for the pain, I’ll pop the Claritin’s. I’ll have to do the same next weekend till I get both my insurances to cover the shots, then my nurse aka my husband can administer these shots at home & save a few trips bet Ruskin & Tampa!

Congratulations to my niece…once again the cousins will be in school together! 🙌🏼😘🎉

Yesterday, I felt so good w detox in the whirlpool bath (thx to a friends suggestion) w over 100 degrees & then nightly sauna session, ( I add the M**h Blue which has benefits for cancer cells + others). The sauna also has many health benefits including reducing inflammation. It helped so much w all this pain I’ve been in from my head, neck & back. I just tend to forget the hot whirlpool bath can help too! 🙌🏼🤷🏻‍♀️ According to my clinical team, the infrared sauna has been helping w post radiation & the good news is those spots that were radiated recently are finally going down! 🙏🏼
