Today I had my SLAP (superior labrum anterior posterior) tear and rotator cuff’s tear surgery. The Doc said the recovery should be at least 8-12 weeks + physical therapy before I can work with my fighters again but I’ll do everything to be efficient ASAP! I’m preparing my own post surgery protocol based on my own experience to share it with you guys. I hope you will never need it tho lol 😂
