I am getting very annoyed with this is my third sensor that has failed while putting it on. After the warm up it fails, Before anyone asks me if I am putting on correct yes I am. Yesterday we went for lunch and I gave insulin, we then we to see a movie and I had to start the hour wait over again. The movie started and I turned to my mom and said I think I’m low. Not only was I low but my meter was still not working it keep give me error. Thank gd I always keep a back up finger meter with me. Yup my sugar was 3.2 this could have been avoided if my libre2 was working bc it sends me a message/single when my glucose drops. OJ and a whole bag of skittles saved me!

Today I made white chocolate strawberry, peanut butter ice cream. Was very creami and delicious

Never will I ever look like the picture on the right ever again! This week I struggled with body dysmorphia. I was having a really hard time even though I went shopping and found amazing deals, and my sizing is still a small and a medium, but my brain was just telling me that a small and medium was too tight and it doesn’t look good and I am super fat! I tried to remind myself not to be so hard on myself because I’ve done so well and I’ve lost 115 pounds but when I look in the mirror sometimes I still see this really unhappy fat women!      

What a crazy two weeks it’s been, I am just trying to keep my head up high and keep my s**t together. But f**k these past two weeks has changed my life. Here is a little update!
My family and I have sold our house and moving out of Durham region. This is our second 2nd house we have sold as a family of 5 ( is counted in as the 5th family member), and will not be our last! We are off for a new Adventure. Who doesn’t like new adventures?
We are looking to buy in York region, we will go into a semi or a end unit townhouse free hold for a few years and then we will pack up and move again. my best girlfriend has really taught me it’s not what type of house you have it’s who lives in it. If your family and friends are healthy and happy that’s all that really matters. We have big plans for 2023, we are super excited to see where life takes us. Life has taken us into a new Direction, we are ready for the challenge. I am just trying to keep my s**t together and still continue with my weight loss journey it’s just been a struggle. I have been super stressed and have not really followed my usually eating habits.
Going out for all you can eat sushi is not helping me with stress or with my crazy emotions. I have to push myself this week to get back on tract. I got this !

The girls and I made ground chicken soft tacos with Swiss cheese and left over blue cheese salad. So delicious and super easy to make. YES we ate dinner super early today, I did a 24 hour fast and was super hungry.
