When the new owners came into the old Lifestyles Gym 5 years ago, we saw immediate changes in a good way. They invested in the building, equipment, members and staff and continue to do so today. This place is my home away from home and I’m grateful that I’ve been able to continue teaching fitness classes through the years. Our members are AMAZING and the facility is top notch.

We all have goals that we would like to achieve and dreams that we would like to fulfill, but it doesn't matter what you are trying to become better at, if you only do the work when it’s convenient or exciting, then you’ll never be consistent enough to achieve remarkable results.
I can guarantee that if you manage to start a habit and keep sticking to it, there will be days when you feel like quitting. When you start a business, there will be days when you don’t feel like showing up. When you're at the gym, there will be sets that you don’t feel like finishing. When it's time to write, there will be days that you don’t feel like typing. But stepping up when it's annoying or painful or draining to do so, that’s what makes the difference between a professional and an amateur.

Sharing my eggs Benedict recipe with mock hollandaise.
190 cals - 16P / 15C /5 F
1 slice Ezekiel or when pigs fly low carb bread toasted
Layer. 1 cup baby spinach sautéed ( no oil or butter just cooked down in a cast iron pan
1 egg cooked to liking.
Top with hollandaise and cracked pepper
Mock Hollandaise
1/4 cup non fat plain green yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon Chardonnay mustard
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
Cracked pepper
(I heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave)
I put this hollandaise on asparagus and salmon too. Tastes decadent in my opinion.
Hey all. Here’s the workout from bootcamp this past weekend. Just need some medium to heavy dumbells. It was a doozy in the heat! Give it try and let me know if you like it and want more.

20 air squats
10 pushups
20 sumo goblet squats
10 pushups
Alt. Reverse lunge - 10 per side (weights optional)
10 pushups
*repeat set 2x then Run 200 meters

15 squat to overhead press (weighted)

15 hammer curls (weighted)

CLASSES ARE BACK!
Starting Monday June 22nd Our group Exercise Classes will be back in full force! 💪 We would like to welcome .feghali as a new addition to our team teaching Yoga Wednesday morning at 9:15am and Boot camp Thursday at 4:30pm on the turf! ⏩ please see link in bio to view the schedule on our website
We will be moving cycling back inside to our state of the art room so we can get back to our heart pumping Classes 🙌🚴♂️. We would like to welcome as a new cycling instructor you can find her Monday night at 5:30pm and Tuesday Morning at 6am! Please see link in our bio to see full schedule
We will be cutting class sizes down to allow for proper distancing and also utilizing our outdoor space for some of our larger groups to keep everyone safe! You can find our guidelines posted on our website. Hope to see everyone back this week!

Filthy Fifty Friday.
💪 Set a timer for 20 minutes.
💪 Get through as far as you can.
💪 If you reach the end and there’s still time left, start again.
💪 Record how far you got. Example, “made it to 15 mountain climbers”. Or “1 full round plus 15 walking lunges.
💪 Repeat again next Friday.
I just finished one round plus 23 jumping jacks. Did it outside. It’s hot out there!!!! 🔥☀️

THE TIME HAS FINALLY COME! 🙌
We have been given the go ahead to re-open our Fitness Center, and we will be doing just that starting tomorrow June 17th!
We would like to kick off the re opening with a few specials! 🙂
The first one being a $20/intro month to any new members who sign up for EFT. The second is a 2 month student special for just $70 to finish up your summer!
