Due to an increase in short-notice cancellations and no-shows, I will now be implementing a cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice, but not day-of, will be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment in order to reschedule. Any clients failing to give 24 hours notice/ failing to show will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment, and a 50% deposit will be needed in order to reschedule; deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding, I look forward to helping you with all of your lash & waxing needs.
