In this stage of Elijah’s Lipo 360 + Renuvion skin tightening procedure, Dr. Nima is performing awake liposuction through the flanks (love handle area), blending seamlessly into the lower back, mid back, lower abdomen, and sculpting the chest line and V-line for a masculine, athletic contour.
After fat removal, Renuvion skin tightening is performed (as shown in previous videos) to help enhance skin contraction and overall definition.

After creating the blueprint & making Elijah’s incision points, Dr. Nima put the tumescent anesthetic into his tissue and allowed it to take effect for about 30 minutes. Once fully numb, Elijah remained awake and relaxed as Dr. Nima began the Melt Lipo 360 contouring.
In this portion of the procedure, we’re focusing on the upper and lower abdomen with additional shaping around the chest.
