I know we are all riding out this wave of uncertainty as we watch this pandemic unfold. At the studio, we are feeling the need to take things day by day.
My hope was to continue with yoga classes as scheduled, but just now have decided to cancel classes Monday and Tuesday and see what happens throughout the week. This is a very difficult decision as a small business owner and someone who wants to help people navigate through all of this and provide yoga in a time when it's so greatly needed.
Just some things to remember ........
Help each other: We are such a wonderful communtiy at the studio. Remember that. Check on each other. Talk to each other about your concerns and fears. Ask for help. Offer help.
Take a news break: Go outside in your yard, on your porch, take a walk. Laugh, sing, find fun. This is alot to navigate and take in. Take some deep breaths. Inhale "Let" Exhale "Go".
We will get through this together. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. Check the balance page for updates and changes.
