It’s always so exciting when we start setting up at Meadowbrook Farm Park in North Bend for our sound baths to be greeted by big herds of elk!!! We love playing Sound baths in this building and the acoustics are amazing!

Join Aimee Arendsee of Indivara Sound and Healing Arts on a sound healing journey to help bring your mind, body and spirit into vibrational energetic balance. Experience deep relaxation into the theta meditation state enhanced by multiple crystal singing bowls, planetary tuned gongs, ocean drums and more. Sound healing has been shown to aid in the reduction of stress, blood pressure, anxiety and depression as well as stimulate and balance the immune, glandular and nervous systems. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat/sleeping pad, blanket and pillow for your comfort. The event runs from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. We generally allow a 15 minute segment at the end of our session to share your experience, hold space for others and ask questions. This class requires a minimum of 10 participants to take place.

🎶 MEET THE HUB: Aimee Arendsee of Indivara Sound & Healing Arts
Have you ever wondered what sound healing might feel like in your body?
At 12:30 PM, Aimee Arendsee will guide us through a brief Sound Healing Journey created to invite the mind, body and spirit into greater vibrational balance. You may participate from a chair or the floor—bring a light blanket and water if that will help you feel comfortable.
At Aimee’s booth, you can learn more about sound healing and explore how sound and frequency may support grounding, relaxation and nervous-system balance. Brief five-minute personal experiences will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ask Aimee:
How can frequency create a shift for you on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level?
Record one thing you discover, receive your booth stamp and collect another Reiki-infused Love Bead for your Community Connection Bracelet. Complete all eight booths to enter the collaborative prize-basket drawing!
💚 Why HHA Is Creating This Experience
It’s difficult to know whether a wellness practice may support you when you’ve never had an opportunity to experience it. HHA brings practitioners and the community together so people can ask questions, explore different approaches and make more informed choices about their well-being.
