Kennedy surprised us by arriving six weeks early. After a month in the NICU, she is home and thriving.
We think she is magnificent and love her so much. Her brother and sister are obsessed and are so proud.

When I got pregnant with my first, I expected to have a girl. A feminist raising more feminists. Seemed right.
I was shocked to learn I was carrying, growing, nurturing a baby boy. Not disappointed, just confused. I then realized my role is to raise feminists who are strong, sensitive, aware, interested, kind, purpose-driven, open, and laughter-filled. No matter boy or girl! 🌟
What an honor. Something I take very seriously and put my whole self into. I learn from you daily and love having the chance to guide you.

Laying in bed this morning, I hear two of my most favorite sounds.
🧒🏻 Oliver, giggling in his sleep (holy cow, heart melting!💞) and from outside the city window pane, a beautiful morning birdsong. 🌤
Both are gifts that fill my heart to-the-brim with joy, hope, light. 💟 (I mean, if you’ve never heard a wee one’s deep-sleep giggle, let me tell you, it is uplifting, empowering, affirming, heart-softening & soul-boosting!)

Birdsong feels even more special while living smack-dab in the middle of Manhattan. It is one of my absolute favorite sounds. 🎶 If you know me, you are aware that my love & connection to nature runs deep. 😽👩🏻🌾🌱☀️I feel alive when I have sun on my face, breeze in my hair, and dirt on my hands.
🍄 I’m taking these sweet early morning messages to mean that exciting new adventures await us all, still for today, live in the moment & appreciate tiny AND significant gifts.

It’s bath time! 🐥💦
Here’s my tip on how to clean your fruits & veggies (even if they are organic).
💧💧💧Fill your sink with cool water
💧15 drops of doTERRA grapefruit essential oil
💧5 drops of doTERRA lemon essential oil
💧Squirt of hydrogen peroxide
✨Soak all your sweet produce in this for 10 mins.
☀️Lay in clean towels to dry

Okay, dearests-
I never get sick, but I did...last week. Truth be told, I was freaked, at least at first, bc many of the symptoms I had mirrored what I was reading were CoronaVirus symptoms.
Needless to say, I had a cold & am at the tail end of it. I am ridiculously grateful to have these clean, effective, safe & high-vibing essential oils in our life.

Sore Throat Spray.
15 drops each: Lemon, Tea tree (Melaleuca), OnGuard, Frankincense
20 drops: Copaiba
Healing Veggie Cap.
1-3 drops each: Lemon, Tea Tree, DDR Prime, Oregano, Melissa, Black Pepper, OnGuard, Frankincense, Copaiba.
Additional Healing Support:
- Roll Rose roller on bottoms of feet, chest, down spine, over throat
Mucus Loosener / Expectorant.
