Let’s hear it for history! Just seven short years ago, in the fall of 2018, business owner Alex Martin - supported by the incredible team of Julia Cross, Sasha Summer Cousineau, Meera Bhardwaj and Rocio Miranda – founded Synchronicity Events. A company devoted to doing things differently: planning and producing events to meet the precise needs of local nonprofit organizations. We built a company that allows us to activate our superb event planning and project management skills layered with deep and broad expertise in fundraising, community organizing, cultural work, fine arts, psychology, political campaigns and theater – and we set right to work creating exceptional results for our clients.

We plan events in a complex world. We keep adapting as the nonprofit sector, fundraising and philanthropy evolve. We keep going when societal priorities and communications norms shift. We persist while pandemics, recessions, inflation, tariffs and the latest hot technologies come and go.

We are here today and we’ll be here tomorrow, meeting the moment. Meeting each client exactly where they are, helping them build their Best. Event. Ever. ✨
