In order:
1) Cloudy Coconut smoothie from Matcha Magic

5) Maggi with chili oil sauteed tofu
6) Yogurt bowl with Oikos lowfat greek yogurt, a full banana, peanut butter and honey
7) Homemade Gyro Bowl with rice, spinach, tomato, olives, hoisin soy sauteed tofu, garlic hummus and yogurt sauce (made by Sravani)
8)”Bruschetta “ with sun dried tomato and parmesan focassia, spinach, tomato, olives, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
9) Vegan soyrizo wrap and iced coffee from Burien press
10) Avocado with furikake seaoning and sriracha, multigrain bread with peanut butter, a whole sliced yellow banana, and strawberry coconut water

Vegetarian Poke Bowl was last nights dinner!

I made tofu, then i added carrot, soy eans, celery and crispy onions and jalapenos, the base being rice ofc. Topped it with rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, furikake and sriracha mayo

It was very good and kept me full for longggggggg 🙂

Lately 🤍

1.) High Protein, High Fiber Mac N Cheese (upgraded sauce with cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, broccoli and beets)
2.) Meat Sauce Casarecce, Ciabatta Rolls with Olive Tapenade, Rigatoni with Red sauce and Straciatella, Ricotta Gnocchi in Genovese Basil Pesto with pine nuts, Virgin Peach Bellini CinCin Ristorante + Bar
3.) Avocado-Mi -> White Bread, fresh sliced Avocado, scrambled egg and Kewpie Mayo @ breadxbutter cafe

Yesterday, i was craving a grilled cheese and tomato soup, but i wanted to add a little twist to it!

I made a grilled cheese with daves killer bread, tillamook shredded cheddar cheese, a handful of chopped spinach, and a tbsp of sundried tomatos chopped roughly.

For the soup i used 3 medium tomatoes, 1 whole red bell pepper and 1/4thof an onion, and 3 piece of garlic. I chopped the veggies roughly, lut them on a baking sheet with chili oil and italian seasoning then threw it in the oven for 13 minutes at 400 degrees.

Let the veggies cool for about 3-4 minutes before transferring it to a blender with a splash of water to aid the blending process. In a pot, Add in the soup mixture, some milk, and stir with a spoon or spatula.

Enjoy!

Smoothie of the day!

Ingredients:
12 Strawberries
1 handful of Raspberries
1 whole yellow banana
1 handful of Spinach
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter ( i used the sun butter brand)

This smoothie is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and fiber so it also keeps you full longer.

10/10 recommend if you want a fast easy and healthy breakfast

Smoothie of the day! Lately i been substituting immunity shots for smoothies (at least when we didn’t have any citrus in the house).

This smoothie has 9 strawberries, 11 raspberries, half of a banana, 1/2 scoop of Orgain Vanilla flavored Protein powder, one handful of spinach, 1/2 tsp of maple syrup, and a little less than a 1/4th cup of reduced fat milk.

Do give it a try if you’re feeling adventurous!

Posting my recipe here for some immunity shots i made!

I love making immunity shots to give me a boost of energy and to boost my immunity and digestion.

In these immunity shots i used:
- 2 inch of ginger root (peeled)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder (optionally you can use the fresh root, but i don’t have that)
- 10 grinds of ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp of water (for smooth blending)

Put all the listed ingredients in a blender or personal food processor of your choice and blend till smooth

I like to strain the blended mixture when i’m funneling the liquid into one of my mini bottles to avoid the ginger pulp, but you can skip the straining if you like the pulp.

Place in the fridge and drink first thing in the morning!

If you really want, you can use coconut water for blending and electrolytes, but i was in a rush so i just used water.

You can also use honey or maple syrup in the blend if you want to have that sweetness, but i prefer the sourness of lemon.

Todays Breakfast and latest obsession is açai bowls! This one i got from Costco by a brand called The Tattooed Chef!

Lots of antioxidants, natural sugar from the fruit and omega 3’s from chia seeds. I also added some dark chocolate chips for a hint of bittersweet and a drizzle of honey
