I used to wake up with tired eyes and a heavy head.

I would get in the shower, look at myself in the mirror – and not really recognize who was in front of me.

As though I was living inside a body, but it wasn’t really mine.

It was left behind, and I kept running – work, kids, stress, sleepless nights.

And sometimes, all I wanted was to just… feel at home again.

No fighting. No diets. No grocery lists of “what to eat and what not to eat.”

I wasn’t looking for a product. I was looking for a connection.

And I found it through something small, simple, everyday.

A breath. A breath. An intention.

Slowly – I felt myself coming back to me.

Not perfect. Not suddenly thin. But calm, relaxed, connected.

Suddenly the water I drank became something completely different.
