Wanting to get ripped in time for summer and doing that by eating your favorite foods >>> This high-protein Oreo McFlurry dupe hits every craving and keeps you on track. Made in the Ninja Creami, it’s loaded with 30+ grams of protein and tastes unreal. FOLLOW for more healthy desserts! 🍨 Recipe: • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (optional but makes it super creamy) • 2-3 crushed Oreo Thins • 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice Mix it all up, freeze overnight, spin on “Lite Ice Cream” mode, add a splash of almond milk if needed, then hit the “Mix-In” with your Oreos. Top it off with more crumbles or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate if you want to go next level. Macros: ~250-300 calories | ~30-35g protein | ~20-25g carbs | ~5-8g fat Proof you can have dessert and stay shredded. Save this for your next late-night sweet tooth.

Easy to booste your protein!

You’ll want to save this 🛟📌 If you make eggs in the morning add 1/2c of egg whites to your scrambled eggs (that’s an extra 12+g protein) Add plain Greek yogurt and or protein powder to your oatmeal (that’s 20g+ extra protein) Have a Greek yogurt bowl with fruit instead of cereal Add more chicken, red meat, fish to your wrap/salad (an extra 15g+ of protein) Add parm cheese to soups (thats an extra 7g protein) Have cottage cheese with fruit for a snack Swap chips for roasted chickpeas, and candy bars for a protein bar Remove mayo for greek yogurt in tuna/chicken salads and even on sandwiches Snack on hummus and vegetables instead of chips and dip Choose high protein wraps for tacos or burritos Add greek yogurt to your baked goods These are just some ways off of the top of my head. Small changes make a HUGE difference in your consumption and daily macro intake. I won’t tag them by name because I’m not sure if they’re comfortable sharing or not- but two of my friends/clients joined me in last months 21 day challenge and did phenomenal! My coach and I are working to choose a winner so that we can celebrate and give away some cash.
